As a five year owner, board member and current president, I can attest that all the other testimonials here are true and accurate accounts of what our BoD experiences with Pam.
To add, Monday Management provides reliable, consistent, professional, communicative, and personable day to day services. Owners are successfully encouraged to become involved and welcomed into our condo board in an age where volunteerism is scarce.
Pam has the foresight to best gauge future needs and requirements before they become an urgent or critical matter, and is supportive by supplying timely and pertinent information, resources, and realistic advice so the board is effective and the condo corporation stable. Every time situations demand it, Pam diligently resolves matters by going far beyond regular property management services and expectations.
Specifically, the BoD was provided with sound advice and tenacious support while cooperatively allowing the BoD to navigate through a challenging large-scale project. This involved significant financial, technical, and legal facets and resources all while dealing with the emotional element of dealing with owner’s homes. Pam's wisdom, research, knowledge, experience, and encouragement was instrumental in the outcome’s success. In fact, once underway the board decided to bring the coordination of this project from the "specialists" in their field to the direct oversight of Monday Management.

I have worked with Pam as a Board member for the past 6 years. Pam has managed our property for 10 years. She is proactive in assessing the needs of our complex, such as considering future repairs and replacements. She will communicate those matters to the Board in a timely manner. She will also provide thoughtful suggestions to unit owners that I feel go beyond what anyone can expect from a property manager. For example, I once asked about whether the Board should arrange to install whirlybird turbines on the roofs of each unit. Pam suggested a lower cost alternative would be for additional insulation to be pumped into the attics of each unit.
Citadel Heights recently had all the windows replaced. This would have been a difficult and demanding project to supervise as there were approximately 500 windows requiring replacement. Further complicating this matter was that our Bylaws also had to be amended and a special assessment was required. Pam oversaw the entire project and dealt with unit owners in a professional and courteous manner. She kept the Board well informed of any issues, such as any damage and required repairs.
Pam will remain calm even when dealing with difficult unit owners.
She is very organized. Under her management, our Board meetings are concise and, yet, they are always productive. I never recall asking her to do something twice.
I recommend Pam for anyone considering a property manager.

As both an owner of a condo unit and as a board member of our condo association, I have dealt with Pamela Wilson and her firm, Monday Management which has acted as our condo association property manager. During the approximate 6 years of that working relationship I have found Pamela to be a very effective manager providing excellent governance. As an association, we had some issues with tenancy bylaws and other important matters that she guided us through to a successful conclusion. Her advice on internal funding of operations and reserves has our association in a healthy financial position. Pam, on a personal note – you have been an absolute gem to work with! I have learned so much from you – both professionally and personally. You consistently go above and beyond; I’ve always felt that you are not recognized enough for this. We are very lucky to have you and I personally feel very comfortable knowing that you are there when things go sideways (as they sometimes do). I can honestly say that over the course of my 35+ year career, I have never worked with anyone who could even come close to owning the skillsets you possess. Your professionalism and tact regarding certain situations, especially our “cranky” owners, is something we should all learn from. I hope we can keep in touch.
